All eyes are once again on Congressional candidate and current Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski, Jr.’s handling of taxpayer dollars. Apparently, some dump truck and real estate deals were made that the public should have known about before they were signed, sealed and delivered. Then there’s the whole matter of a Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP) payment.
