Employees at a Baltimore County Public Library location had a vendetta against a retiree who enjoyed using their taxpayer funded services. This past July, they called the Baltimore County Police on Bruce Ebert because they thought that a ban was still in effect against him. Yesterday, October 24, 2024, a Baltimore County Judge did the right thing.
The case against Mr. Ebert was dismissed and the record was removed from the Judiciary Case Search, as it rightfully should have been back in July. Thankfully, it would appear that body worn camera footage saved an innocent man from being punished for a crime that he did not commit.
